Certified Relocation Specialist

Certified Previews Property Specialist

B.A. San Francisco State University, San Francisco, CA.

J.D. Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, D.C.

Lydia had been associated with Coldwell Banker since 2001. She began her real estate practice in 1998. Her prior experience includes practicing law in Baltimore, Maryland and teaching law in Los Angeles, California. She comes to the practice of real estate from a philosophy of ‘Do what you love, or do something else.’ Her focus, with her clients, is to provide information and guidance that will help buyers and sellers make the best decision about one of the more significant Life’s options: buying or selling , and sometimes buying while selling, a home.

In addition to marketing homes for sale, the job of a Real Estate Professional is to support clients through the contract phase. Lydia is positioned to be a powerful advocate for her clients; her background and training enable her to negotiate skillfully, to advise thoughtfully and to support the outcome of everybody winning. The job of being a seller’s agent, Lydia clearly knows, only ends when the keys are exchanged and the transaction is finally recorded. Marketing is only part of the process.

Lydia is a trained Relocation and Referral Specialist with Coldwell Banker. This network of Coldwell Banker real estate professionals deals with  corporate relocation on a national and international level. Lydia participates in biannual  recertification to assure that her qualifications for managing this distinctively challenging market share are always up-to-date.

For balance in her life, Lydia enjoys travel, running half-marathons, and sometimes combining the two. Currently, she is the chair of OAR’s Professional Standards Committee and helms the fundraising committee for the Oral Lee Brown Education Foundation for OAR. She also serves on the board of directors for the Montclair Village Association, a trade association of business professionals who concern themselves with keeping Montclair Village vital and vibrant.
